The hair came with a little smell but very easy to get out with some shampoo & conditioner, hair takes heat very well, it gives more like 30in than 28in which is good, it doesnt tangle, barely sheds, lace was great, everything about this wig is good and i will be purchasing again anytime i wanna go back black cs im used to color, im 5’3 btw & dont mind my dirty mirror lol 😂 .
