For all other international destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders, 7-10 business days for European destinations, and 10-14 business days for other international shipments. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the provided tracking link.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.

Yes! FedEx International Priority and DHL Express shipping are available for faster delivery. Contact us at support@kimlud.com for rates and delivery timeframes to your location.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. We'll provide you with detailed instructions and a prepaid return label for your convenience.

All approved returns are refunded as store credit to your account. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase, giving you the flexibility to shop our latest collections at your convenience.

Our standard refund policy issues store credit for all returns. This allows us to maintain our premium pricing and continue offering you the highest quality products and service. Store credit is issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
