While we ship to most countries worldwide, certain remote locations, restricted regions, or addresses may be unavailable due to:

✏️ Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@kimlud.com. Once an order has been processed for shipment by any of our warehouse or fulfillment partners, modifications are no longer possible.

🚨 Shipping Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact our customer service team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
2. Contact us at support@kimlud.com within 48 hours of delivery
3. Provide your order number and 2 photos

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KIMLUD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees from the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender: If a package is returned to sender due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Wrong phone number
• Refusal of customs fees
• Multiple failed delivery attempts
• Customer unavailability

You may be responsible for return shipping costs and/or restocking fees. We'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.

No additional customs duties or import taxes apply. Your order total at checkout is the final amount you pay.

🇪🇺 Europe (Select Countries)

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

Import VAT and duties may apply depending on order value. Where applicable, these are collected at checkout. No surprise fees at the door.

🇲🇽 Mexico & All Other International Destinations

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are:

• Determined solely by your country's customs authority
• The full responsibility of the recipient (customer)
• Not included in your order total or shipping cost
• Not controlled or predictable by KIMLUD

KIMLUD is a fashion retailer based in France, operating as an e-commerce business. Some of our products are fulfilled from our supplier's warehouse (which may be located outside your country, including from United States, Europe or Asia).

What this means for customs:

• Packages may arrive from any continent, or from any other country than France
• The declared value on the customs form reflects the actual product value of your order
• For low-value shipments, many countries apply a de minimis threshold — orders below this value are typically exempt from import duties (thresholds vary by country — 💡 De minimis thresholds: £135 (UK), €150 (EU). ⚠️ United States: As of August 2025, no de minimis applies — duties may apply to all US imports regardless of order value.
• For orders above these thresholds, customs duties may be assessed by your local authority upon arrival
