↩️ Returns — 90 Days, No Hassle
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 90 days of purchase.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items not eligible for return:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or packaging
💳 Refunds — Fast Store Credit You'll Love Using
Once we receive and inspect your return (2–3 business days), we'll issue store credit within 5–7 business days — ready to use on your next KIMLUD find.

- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue — plenty of time to treat yourself again
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received? We'll refund you to your original payment method, no questions asked — and cover all return shipping costs.
🔁 Exchanges — Get the Right Fit
We'll swap your item for a different size or color, subject to availability, and ship it out as soon as we receive your return. If your preferred option is unavailable, store credit is issued immediately.
📬 How to Start a Return or Exchange
It takes less than 2 minutes:
- Email kimlud.com@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and instructions
- Eligible US & Canada returns receive a prepaid shipping label — on us
- International customers are responsible for return shipping (except for damaged/defective/incorrect items)
🌍 A Note for Our International Customers
We ship worldwide and want your experience to be seamless. For international returns, please mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" on customs forms to avoid additional duties. Refunds are processed in USD at the original checkout rate.
⚖️ EU Customers — Your Statutory Rights
As a customer in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, beginning from the date you receive your order — in addition to our generous 90-day return window.
To exercise this right, simply notify us at kimlud.com@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
Upon exercising your statutory withdrawal right, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of KIMLUD receiving your returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. intimate apparel, swimwear).
