Return & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification. You need to send us 2 images of each product you have received. All returns are handled here.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your returned item to ship it back to the warehouse. This means that you need to request the "warehouse return address" as soon as you receive your package and realize that you don't want to keep the product you have received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. If we find any defects on the merchandise or signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Most of the suppliers we work with accept free returns, but unfortunately not all of them. In certain rare cases, you would have to pay for the return shipping fees.
Once your return is accepted, you will receive the return shipping label we will send you by email. Your return will need to be sent to the provided shipping address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that international shipping of your goods may take longer than expected, so please do not wait to request the warehouse return address.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. The following items as well cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All hygiene & beauty products.
- All accessories: sunglasses, jewelry, watches, hats, and handbags.
- Free gifts or promotional items, final sale items.
- Lifestyle products.
- Items with built-in undergarments.
- Worn items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we received the item sent back to the warehouse.
Once we issue the refund, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
To ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, you get a refund.
You have to make a separate purchase for the new items you want to order.
We do not handle exchanges.
