Shipping Dpt Delivery Process
Safe Shipping Guaranteed: All packages are shipped in plain packaging via Air Mail. Orders are shipped one day after the transaction is accepted, unless that day falls on a holiday or weekend. Delivery will take 3 to 5 days for US and canadian orders. International orders via regular Air Mail is normally a 10 business day delivery, but could take longer depending on certain factors. Once the package reaches the destination country it leaves North American Mail's hands and is turned over to the destination country's customs department. The package must clear customs and then the destination countries postal service is responsible for delivery of the package. We have no control over these circumstances, however, in most cases your package should be received within 10 business days.
