Shipping Dpt Delivery Process
Safe Shipping Guaranteed: All packages are shipped in plain packaging via Air Mail. Orders are shipped one day after the transaction is accepted, unless that day falls on a holiday or weekend. Delivery will take 5 to 7 days for US and canadian orders. International orders via regular Air Mail is normally a 10 business day delivery, but could take longer depending on certain factors. Once the package reaches the destination country it leaves North American Mail's hands and is turned over to the destination country's customs department. The package must clear customs and then the destination countries postal service is responsible for delivery of the package. We have no control over these circumstances, however, in most cases your package should be received within 10 business days.

Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. Our 90-day return / exchange policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can return or exchange any item in its original condition to the following address within 90 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

How to Prepare A Return
Your Return Authorization Code. Email to customer support and you will be given a return authorization code and the mailing address where to return your order.
Package Your Return. Include the item and the authorization code in the return package.
Mail Your Return. All returns and exchanges should be shipped back to the authorized address we will give you.

Once we receive your returned item, we will send refund to your  Paypal account. A notification email will be sent too at the time refund was given
